Found large, live bed bugs. Contacted the property and was moved to a worse room due to full capacity. Was not offered a full refund by Hyatt despite trying to work with the property and Expedia. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BED BUGS!!! Absolutely horrendous from a 4-star hotel. Bathroom doors were also old and clanky, not closing properly.

$45 a night parking fee for already paid room is insane. Walked to the parking garage with friend who parked there and it was so empty. They even closed off a few floors of parking because they don’t have enough people parking there. They would definitely make more money lowering the parking price. Otherwise everything else was great.
