This hotel is wonderful and I highly recommend it. Salvador and the breakfast crew went above and beyond to make me happy each morning. The breakfast is one of the best of any hotel I have been to lately. The rooms are comfortable and make up in functionality what they lack in view. The only space for improvement would be the room service menu, it is so limited and the restaurant food is too messy and exotic and frankly not very good (not to mention expensive). But Uber eats has so many good options in that area that it was like having all of Escazu as room service. Big shout out to the burger at the bar, that was exceptional. Overall this hotel is the best in San Jose and I hope it stays this way!

I can’t sing the praises of this property enough. The staff was absolutely amazing. They took care of all our needs. They accommodated us in ways. I’ve never experienced at any hotel, and I travel a lot. The hotel itself was super clean well kept and in the perfect location for dining entertainment, and shopping. This is definitely somewhere I will go again.

Jefferson, Ramon, and Daniella were amazing fro the very beginning of our short stay to the end. The property is beautiful and accommodating. The location with the restaurants is perfect so you don't have to go far. The room cleanliness and amenities were outstanding. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice clean up to standard hotel. Unfortunately they don't have a pool and room service is horrible. Their menu selection was limited but even then the food was not that good. Twice they missed my order and brought wrong food. Maid service was excellent. They kept my room clean and fully stocked. Valet and guest relations were also excellent 👌 👏
