We loved everything about this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was so quiet, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The towels were so soft. The decor was beautiful. The breakfast was a delicious bonus. We will always stay here when we go to San Jose.

Amazing staff and host. It’s centrally located within the capital. It’s walking distance to the capital Main Street and shopping areas. The room was well equipped and spacious. The WiFi was also flawless and strong signal but within the room, gym, pool and dining areas. I personally enjoy having breakfast in the garden area.

It is a very good deal but you have to compromise the location. It felt a little unsafe. Staff is very helpful with a great attitude. If you are on a budget and don't mind surroundings this i your place.

This place was perfect and the staff was truly incredible. The rooms were spacious and the location was perfect for us. Restaurants were nearby and downtown was a short walk. But, the most amazing part was the staff. My mom had left her phone in the room after check out. Keyling, the front desk attendant, immediately called me letting me know and found a quick solution to get my mom’s phone back to us at the airport! Yes the hotel was great but having a staff look out for you and care is priceless. Thank you again Keyling! And next time we are in San Jose, we will be here!
