Hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The location was convenient and walking distance to most parts of town or an easy spot for bus or ride share pick up and drop off. The breakfast was delicious as well.

Beautiful old building turned into a nice hotel. The roof top restaurant was excellent. We ate there 4 out of 5 nights we were there. However they refused to honor my Orbitz VIP status so breakfast was not included in my stay. They charge $18 a person for an extremely plain breakfast buffet that’s worth maybe half that amount. We walked around the corner to another hotel for better breakfast food at half the price.

Roof top restaurant was lovely, unfortunately our stay was ruined by multiple issues checking in followed by, despite asking on check in about booking the shuttle and being told I could do it in the morning, to not being able to do it in the morning as it needed to be reserved 24hrs in advance ?? It would have been 24hrs in advance if they had booked it as I requested on check in. The rooms shown on Expedia are nothing like the room we were given, I was hoping for a smart boutique style hotel / room as per the photos and ended up with a very standard hotel room with no English channels on the TV or the ability to stream . Aside from the restaurant I was pretty disappointed

The hotel is an oasis once you step inside! it is beautiful! Very nice lobby, beautiful restaurant, and nice quiet rooms. I was concerned it would be loud being right on a bus street but my room was quiet and had great views. Very nice breakfast buffet and very cool common spaces in the hotel for working or hanging out. Staff very friendly!

Absolutely loved this hotel! We were there only one night but it was great. Beautiful hotel, clean, great staff. The only downer, the surrounding area was dirty and so many homeless people that it was a bit uncomfortable walking around.
