Terrific staff! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was promptly served with fresh fruit, cereal, sandwiches and very good. I would stay here again.

The pool is adorable, free breakfast is ok, room was clean, airport shuttle back to airport was very handy. But trying to arrange it for when I arrived fell on deaf ears. There is no way to contact them and they stopped replying through hotels.com so I was stranded and had to pay 8000 colognes for an Uber. The location is SO noisy, traffic, people outside yelling and screaming. Not sure I would recommend.

You get what you paid for, except breakfast is minimal. Also, the hotel name isn’t a specific place named on the airport shuttles so it’s confusing trying to get there.

I love this hotel. It is a little oasis near the busy square and very close to the airport. I've stayed here several times and it is always perfect. Peaceful quiet spot and everything you might need is within a few minutes walk.

The hotel os convenient for the airport and there were multiple nearby dining options. The check in was very slow with some computer problems. Also the traffic noise in our room was very loud especially around 5-6pm. The front desk would have been willing to move us but they were no vacancy. Small bed and very basic room with no in room coffee.

I was SO impressed with this place. Clean, English speaking and very nice people. What impressed me the most was that they provide a taxi to the airport and will send a taxi to pick you up upon arrival of same. A first for me here. Breakfast was adequate, just a bit confusing for me. This is my go to from now on. Kudos Jose!!!

Do not rely on the “24/7 shuttle service” we had to find our way to and from the airport as they were not responsive or not available. I even tried asking them if I could schedule an airport pickup ahead of time and they said no just wait someone will answer, but that did not happen. However, the place was pretty clean and the breakfast was nice and convenient
