This place was fantastic! We only booked on night because it was close to the airport. However, we were so happy with our stay I would definitely go back. The airport shuttle was easy to find and there waiting for us. The hotel is a 3 minute drive from the airport. The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were so comfortable! The staff was outstanding and so helpful and nice. The continental breakfast was so delicious! Will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Room was spotless, friendly couteous staff ready to assist and the shuttle service to and from airport runs 24/7 every 15-20 minutes. The grounds are immaculate and close to restaurant if you miss their complimentary breakfast. Have stayed here twice and would definitely recommend.

It served a purpose. Room was absolutely fine - obviously quite noisy given proximity to airport but we weren’t woken. Check in staff were helpful and free shuttle to the airport worked well. Buffet breakfast was good. And we had a good meal at the Costa Rican restaurant just behind the hotel - 3 min walk.

The hotel is terrible humid and there was an unpleasant smell in the hallway. Inside the room it was not bad but still humidity odor was there. Also all rooms are properly signed with a “quite zone” however the noise coming from hallways and the room next to me was huge. The hotel should reinforce silence all the time.

Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast in morning had a nice variety. Great location near the airport and if want to do a day tour to the poas volcano area and Starbucks plantation as you don’t have to travel through the city.
