Nice new hotel in Santa Ana

At first, the hotel was a bit hard to navigate but once we got the hang of where to go, how the parking and elevators work, etc, the hotel was just fine. We really liked the gym and the pool. The buffet was way overpriced ($25 per person) so we chose a la cart and it was yummy.

Great, clean, new hotel. Theres a plaza in the first floor with access to food, shopping and a Starbucks. Very close to the nice area of San Jose and the Airport. Would def go back.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean with updated amenities. The beds were not the most comfortable. I ran into a few issues and Sebastian, and Yenderson went above and beyond to make it right. I walked away with only complaint which was the jacuzzi. It was lukewarm warm with lackluster water jets. They need to not advertise that they have one, especially if it is not in good working condition.

First thing, there is no sign in the vestibule stating you have to use the elevators to the 2nd floor to find the lobby. The staff did not day you have to scan your card to use the elevator. The option to post ahead for breakfast was not listed when booking. They do Not have a free airport shuttle, despite that being in the listing. There were strands of hair on my counter and in the bathroom. The bathroom sink drains slow. The good things about the hutel are the comfort of the bed and the many varieties of restaurants surrounding the location. I doubt I would stay here again because they don't suit my needs with their nickle and diming. $40 to the airport that is 11 mis away !?!
