En general todo muy bien. El hotel está en buenas condiciones, las personas son muy amables y la ubicación está en muy buen lugar. Mi problema viene desde la perspectiva del Aire Acondicionado, eso para mi fue un desastre. Por alguna razón decidieron invertir en un sistema que. NO permite ajustar la temperatura a la que uno desee que esté el cuarto. Yo cuando salgo de viaje duermo a 19grados centígrados. Pero el hotel por política tiene que uno no puede modificar esta temperatura, así que por más que se modificaba en el tablero, volvía a ponerlo a 22 grados centígrados. Según me comentaron son los mismos administradores de Wyndham Gardenn y también me pasó lo mismo en ese hotel y por eso esta vez decidí cambiar de hotel. Así que si no te molesta dormir a 22 grados está bien. De lo contrario es mejor buscar otro hotel.

The beds were like seesaws like they have something in the middle that makes them move from side to side so if one person moves the whole bed moves. It was the same on both the queen beds in our room. And the hotel staff come by every morning at 7:00am and open doors to each room to see if it is occupied. Definitely the worst sleep we have had in a hotel in a long time. The coffee machines are extremely loud. The window only has a sheer or a black out screen. So you open the very difficult to pull cord for the blackout screen at 7:00 in the morning after being woken up by the hotel staff person opening your door just to be blinded by the sun. The shower gets water all over the floor of the bathroom. The parking in the garage is a big hassle. The breakfast is not great.

I love my stay Everybody was really nice and well, more importantly it was very quiet. The rooms always clean on time. The only thing I would like for the pool to be open past 8pm to have more relaxation time, but other than that will be recommend

The hotel is well located but the first room they gave us had a broken bathroom door. I requested a change and they moved us to a corner room, nice view of the mountains, however the bathroom door was also broken! I cant understand how you dont verify something so basic before using or assigning the room

Had a great stay here. Will return for another booking soon!! Staff was wonderful the room I had with a view was perfect. The only complaint I have is that one of the outlets under my desk wasn’t fully placed properly. You can see the a 3 inch gap in between th drywall. Also the toilet seat wasn’t placed properly it was off centered. Trust and believe I use toilet paper to protect against any kind of germs. Besides that it was a great stay.
