The "suite" only has fridge no microwave or oven or free range stove. The "queen" bed is not a queen size unless I'm mistaken on what a queen is. Heater barely left the room warm enough to not ask for extra blankets. The hot water on max was definitely warm but hot would be a stretch. Lastly Sadly no jacuzzi but the pool was heated and the rooms are very big so I realize hard to keep warm I'm not trying to be to harsh but size of bed is not true I have pics to prove. Also the food was good

We intentionally reserved a roof with a balcony at extra cost. When we arrived we were told that the room we reserved was on the first floor with no balcony. Since we used a third party- hotels.com we had to accept the room despite our disagreement. The room we received was adjacent to the elevator which was noisy mechanically and by patrons. We felt like “red headed step children” annd ripped off. Other than the location the room was ok but not great. Will not stay again as we wouldn’t know what we were actually getting. stay again as we won’t ever know

Beautiful property, the room was in good shape. I was definitely put off by paying for parking. That should be included in the cost of the room. Also it’s never easy finding your room, I met the nicest man that worked there that helped me and my toddler find our room. I was hoping I didn’t make him late to check in for work. He was so kind!
