The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The airport shuttle is a huge benefit and it runs 24 hours a day! Would highly recommend for anyone flying in or out of San Jose airport and needs somewhere to rest before venturing to their next destination.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast staff are very efficient and welcoming. We had a very bad experience with the shuttle bus. I was told they come to the airport every 15 minutes. My phone had stopped working. Apparently the shuttle doesn’t stop at the domestic terminal for which we waited 30 minutes. Then the security told us to go to international. We dragged our baggage stroller car seat and infant to Interternational terminal and waited another 40 minutes. The only way the shuttle came was when a local who assists tourists by asking for tips called for us. Then the shuttle came. We including an infant were tired, frustrated and hungry. If this guy did not call we would have waited all night. We watched all the other hotel shuttles pass and stop every 15 to 20 minutes but not ours. A tourist should not have to turn on their phone and incur charges to get a pick up at an international airport.

Very efficient check in and check out. Shuttle was great. Nice facilities but locating a nice place to eat without a car was difficult. Also found the prices in snack shop to be very high.

This is going to become my annual hotel the night before I fly out. The beds are super comfortable, the room is spacious, and the hotel is spotless. I highly suggest the brownie with ice cream for dessert.

The hotel was fine and I appreciated the late checkout (12pm). Where they could do better is at check-in. It was painfully slow. I stood in line for about 30 minutes, with only three ahead of me. The sleeper sofa did not have sheets and they gave us 2 towels for 3 guests so they could do a little better there too
