Outdated hotel with only plus the location. Room service should close at 11:30pm according to reception and with no warning they decide to close at 10pm. Their solution i could eat next day.... Wow, hilton standard? Stayed in the Presodential room thai is just a regular 2 bedroom suit eith tired 70s furniture...

The air condtioning was very good, the towel service was disappointing o ly 2 sets of towels left for double room. Should be 4 sets, shower twice daily. Hotel ran out of clean face towels, had to wait til next day to fet extra. We requested ajoining rooms and hotel didnt6 honor request

Staff is amazing and very welcoming. The building is a historic hotel that has been modernized. The 5th floor where reception and restaurant is has stunning views of plaza and historic theater. My room was an interior one which meant it looked out into a small concrete courtyard. It made the room a bit dark and no view which may bother some people although I was fine with it. The room was quiet and peaceful. The hotel entrance has security 24/7 which made it also feel safe and secure especially later in the evening.

Everything from check in to check out was flawless. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was always fantastic. We were walking distance from the market and a 15/20 minute drive away from the airport. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone needing to be in San Jose.
