THE LAYOUT
Bedroom: queen bed, room-darkening shades, hangers, and clothing storage.
Dining/Bonus room: past guests have used this space as an at-home office or dining space.
Living room: smart TV (log in to your own streaming accounts), a couch, and coffee table.
Queen cot: available on request. We can set it up in the living room for you; otherwise it stays stored in the hall closet.

KITCHEN
Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, coffee, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, baking sheet, and glasses.
BATH AND LAUNDRY
Bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel.
Portable in-unit washer, simple to use: connect the supply line to the kitchen sink, hook the drain hose into the sink basin, and let it fill for a few minutes. Then turn off the faucet and the machine does the rest. Drying rack provided; no dryer.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire 1-bedroom unit is yours. Nothing inside is shared.
ENTRY: Two private entrances, front and rear, with keypad self check-in. Your door code is sent shortly after booking.
PARKING: 1 assigned spot directly behind the unit, 5 steps from the rear door. 2 free permitted street spots. If you need them, we'll send you the online registration for up to two vehicles. No physical permit needed.
PATIO: Private patio with outdoor furniture, right at the rear entrance.
SHARED OUTDOOR AREA: A small, shared dirt area at the rear of the property is available for pets to use as a relief area. Guests are responsible for promptly picking up and properly disposing of all pet waste to keep the space clean for everyone.
MAIL: On a longer stay, you can receive mail at the Unit 4 mailbox. The mailboxes are at the start of the driveway, on your left as you pull in. Ask before your stay, and we'll leave the mailbox key in the unit.
TRASH: Bins are kept in your parking spot. Please put them on the curb out front Sunday evening for Monday morning pickup.

HOW WE HOST
Check-in is self-serve with your keypad code, so you can arrive on your own schedule. We live locally in San Jose and respond fast. Message us through Vrbo any time during your stay. For longer stays, we check in along the way to make sure everything is working for you.
MAINTENANCE: We have a maintenance team on call. Urgent issues are handled right away, and we'll stay in direct contact with you. For anything important but not urgent, we'll schedule around you.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Early check-in starting at 9 AM may be available for an additional $150, subject to availability. Message us in advance to arrange.
