Clean good location property close to highway and stores and in nice family friendly neighborhood. Perfect for families stay in the area.

Great communication, nice place, good location

Tuan was very responsive for any questions we had. The house was very comfortable and was convenient to Morgan Hill Outdoor Sports Complex where we were working.

Front yard was nothing but tall weeds, we could not use one of the bathrooms because of ants and what looked like black mold. Not enough comfortable seating for guests. It was in a good location for us.

All in all, this house worked well for our group. The location was good, and the neighborhood seems safe-- we never had any concerns at all. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the bathrooms had been updated and were nice. The washer and dryer were in the garage and both worked very well. The lack of a dishwasher was not a big deal for us but you should be aware of this detail. We did run into a problem with check in. We had to request the door entry code that day-- which was a little unusual for VRBO, but not the real problem. The real problem was that when we arrived, the code did not work. We tried several times but could not reach the host on his cell phone-- we were able to leave messages but no response. We then called the VRBO help number and the agent was very helpful and apologetic. After what seemed like a very long time, the host was contacted. It turned out the electric lock had not recognized our door code. (The lock does appear to be a little old.) The host then was able to get the code "pushed through" and we were able to get in. This whole process took approximately an hour to get resolved-- so not the end of the world but extremely stressful and completely unexpected. Hopefully this issue will be fixed so it does not recur.
