It was easily accessible to the freeway, close but we could not hear any traffic going by. The staff was friendly and it was an easy stay. The air-conditioning was loud in the room but kept it at a good temperature. Good variety of choices for breakfast and well stocked.

The staff is always very welcoming, friendly, and do their best to accommodate special requests. This hotel typically has high occupancy when I have stayed. That said, the hotel undergoes a lot of wear and tear. The place is clean, comfortable and in a good location. I appreciate access to the hot tea, coffee and juice at night. I wish they has fluffier towels. Other than that, I'm good!

The room was bigger than usual, has the jacuzzi, carpets in the hallway and room are very clean. No odors of cigarettes in the whole facility. Bathroom was very clean and fairly new. The pressure from the shower could be better, the water from the sink could flow faster. Air conditioner was working very well and not loud, the best treat was the control was on the wall. A lot of choices for breakfast but typical quality from hotels that offer them, no gourmet food. I wished the parking was free of charge. ($5 per day, it could add up for longer stay). Happy with my choice of hotel for the first San Jose visit.

Not very good. Breakfast was meager at best. They had packets of instant oatmeal that was so old it was hard. They had Pluto limited with no local channels. Not a very well maintained place. Not worth the price.

I picked Best Western because I thought it would be the BEST choice. It didn’t turn out to be the best. The property needs updating. Furniture was older as well as the bedding. TV was difficult to watch without instructions to connect to a channel. There was not a menu option. Breakfast choices were several.

The pictures on line of this property are very misleading. This is located on a very busy corner right off the freeway. All sides of the hotel are surrounded by constant traffic. It does not even have its own entrance, you turn into a small strip mall entrance. Very noisy from the traffic. However the woman who checked us in was very kind and the room was moderately clean.
