Britt coffee in the room should be fully stocked Room rate should include free continental breakfast with an upgrade for full Buffett. 3 dollar coffee in the am at the restaurant in a coffee country feels like “too much” Overall . A good experience

It is located in a small comercial plaza, that looks luxurious but ther is no people dining there. When you get in ther is a counter where no one greets you before the elevator, the lobby is located in a 3rd floor. During breakfast a very bored man tells you to sit wherever you want, and NO ONE EVER COMES TO YOUR TABLE, you go to a very bad buffet with a very dry spanish omelet, and dry rice and beans with asorted cheeses and hams, and thats it, and there are jams that have been there for hours and seemed unsafe. Worst Marriot experience ever.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday in San Jose June 26-30th and this property alone was outstanding but the staff especially the night crew was amazing! The entire staff from the front desk to the bar and all around made me and my wife feel at home and relaxed. We are extremely satisfied and we’ll stay again!
