The apartment also features a very spacious glass-enclosed terrace with views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The kitchen is open-concept, making the space very spacious and comfortable, and it provides access to the terrace, whose windows are also fold-down.



The apartment has an assigned parking space with a charging station for electric cars (parking is included in the price; the charger incurs an additional charge of €8 per night) in the underground garage, and the complex has a community pool located right on the beach.

The Viña del Mar residential complex is located in the Estacio area, right on the Mediterranean Sea.



There are two large supermarkets nearby: Supercor on Tomás Maeste and Spar at km 14, and the area has a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets...



It’s about a 10- to 15-minute walk from the Port of Tomás Maestre, where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and a large supermarket (Supercor), next to which a local farmers’ market is held on Saturday mornings.

In addition, in this same area of Tomás Maestre, there is a sports complex with tennis courts, padel, and indoor soccer, as well as very well-equipped indoor facilities, such as a large gym with ocean views, where anyone can purchase a pass to use the courts and attend the various classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, weight training...

Dogs are allowed with prior notice for a supplement of €25 per stay per pet.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

For arrivals between 9 p.m. and 12 a.m., you must confirm before booking; an additional fee of €30 applies.
