The vacation rental is located directly on the Mediterranean Sea, with a fine sandy beach, and on the Mar Menor.
The master bedroom features a 160-cm double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet. The bedroom offers direct access to the balcony, with a view of the wonderful Mediterranean Sea and the property’s private pool. A fold-out bed is also available.
The second bedroom features two 90-cm single beds and a small balcony overlooking the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea.
Another bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, and hair dryer.
The living-dining room is equipped with a smart TV. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for one person (sleeping area 106x190).
The living-dining room leads to the third balcony, which overlooks both seas.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and fridge-freezer. A washing machine is also available.

The vacation rental is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by elevator.
Parking is available directly in front of the building.

A fitness center, water sports, and personal watercraft, boat, and bicycle rentals are also available at the harbor.
