Lovely Apartment in a great location
We stayed here as a family of 4 in August 2019. The property is large and the location is excellent. We particularly liked the huge patio. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms are comfortable and the pool in the complex is really nice and very well maintained.
I do however have a couple of grumbles. The property is advertised as having Air Conditioning and was one of the main reasons I chose it over other properties on HomeAway. Whilst there IS AirCon, we received a text threatening to call the police due to our 'anti-social' behaviour as the aircon was dripping!! When I contacted the owner, I was told AirCon was NOT included in the rental. There are fans in each room, but this is not the same as Air Conditioning.
I also chose this property as it was listed as having parking - as La Manga is busy in the summer months. There is NO parking at the property. We had to park between 300-500m from the property as it is so busy in August.
I would strongly to suggest the owner updates the description to remove AirCon and Parking.
If it was not for these two points, the property would get the full 5 stars. I would highly recommend this property.
