This lovely one bedroom is located front line to both seas.



It has a double bed, an airy living room with Smart TV (50'), american kitchen, nice terrace with sea views, fibre optic internet and its own private parking space in the underground garage.





LOCATION:



The development, Libertad dos Playas, it located in a beautiful area, front line to both seas in the km 16, right before the Veneciola area, a quiet place, but with all the necessary services around.

It has a communal gym, paddle court and pool. Pool normally open from mid-May to mid- October, from 10 to 15h and 17 to 21:30h

A few meters from the apartment, at the other side of the road, there is a permanent chiringuito "Playa Chica"



In the Veneziola area there are small supermarkets, and only about 2km from the apartment there is a big one (Spar), Tomás Maestre Marina is only 3 km away.

Both Veneziola and Tomás Maestre area have got many shops, restaurants, bars, chemists'



In the Tomás Maestre area there is a Multi Sport Centre with tennis, paddle and football courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...
