Was a wonderful experience. Concierges/staff really elevated the stay and the 24hour security was an extra comfort, especially as a solo female traveller. I felt everyone I interacted with took amazing care in what they did. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the private balcony with hammock was amazing for rainy weather. Great surprise of a little place in the heart of San Ignacio the rooms are large, very clean and the staff is very helpful. Only wish the coffee shop opened before 8:00. A.m.! Highly recommend!
