The breakfast was good as well as the view was very nice. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. There is a lot of noise from the traffic passing on the road and the shower doors were slightly broken but still closed tight.

Good breakfast
Nice place to stay for the price and the breakfast has a lot of options, also gluten free options. The standard of the bathroom was a bit worn and could also have been more clean.
Loved this place!!! It is not modern but it is cute and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was great with the most amazing view of the mountains. We were here late May and most places around were closed for the season still. We did find a few places not far but not walking distance.
Comfortable hotel. Bathroom was small with a small step to enter it. Bunk bed had low clearance on bottom bunk. View from the balcony was very nice. Breakfast was very good with a lot of offerings.
It was not super luxury but it was good enough. Breakfast was good.

Old smelly - nothing like pics
Old smelly rooms. We booked a room with balcony, but never got it. Then read other comments where people experienced the sane.
Book something else.

Good base camp for dolomites
My first Italy stay ever. We enjoyed our stay overall it was during the busy season and prices were higher everywhere else so did take that into consideration. We were in a room with a balcony which was nice but it was august and hit with no air conditioning. We are from the US so hotels without AC are an anomaly for us and it was hot but everywhere else is hot too. We had the window open and the balcony door open but there was a lot of traffic and it was pretty loud I slept my wife didn’t sleep very well just cause of the traffic but we stayed three nights and it was a good base camp for us. Outside was pretty inside was a little run down but we enjoyed our stay.
Rooms look nothing like the photos. Very old and dated nothing has been improved in years. Wouldn’t return wouldn’t recommend and not friendly to motorcyclists.
Overall the place was pretty nice with a very friendly staff and a nice breakfast of a period the only downside was that there weren't many restaurants near the property and many restaurants in the city centre of Pizza were closed at the time we were there. The bus stop was literally right outside the door so that was a plus. We came from Bolzano on the 180 bus and should have gotten off at the albergo rizzi stop but went to the last stop in Pera and had to walk back a little ways. The tourism office in the town of Pizza told us which gondolas and chair lifts were open in the area so I recommend that.

Restaurant quality also not good
Breakfast time not flexible
Our stay at Hotel Piaz was fine. Parking was easy and so was our check in process. We went into one room and the shower door was broken so the very helpful front desk lady let us switch to a new room. It wasn’t the best hotel I’ve stayed at, but from here we visited Seceda, Vallunga, and Ortisei. It wasn’t dirty, just a little dingy and could maybe use a remodel. The lights weren’t too strong so it was just a little dark most of the time. We were able to walk to a restaurant to get some good dinner. The hotel had a restaurant too but didn’t open until later. The hotel also has a free breakfast that was a nice start to the day. Overall it was clean and a fine stay that allowed us to explore the Dolomites.
