Ein traumhafter Ausblick

Das Allerschönste ist der mega traumhafte Ausblick vom Balkon 🥰 Dafür lohnen sich die 70 Stufen vom Parkplatz bis zur Wohnung Die Wohnung ist auch schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Da wir auch kalte Tage hatten, waren wir froh, dass die Heizung gut funktionierte und es schnell warm wurde. 1. die Reinigung! Der Kühlschrank war nass, hat sehr gestunken und war schimmellig. Unter der Bettdecke im Doppelbett, also auf dem Laken, waren Flecken und jede Menge schwarzer Hundehaare. Ebenso auf dem Nachtschrank und in einer Schublade. Den Staubsauger konnte man nicht benutzen, da er voll war. Gut, dass es noch ein sauberes Ersatzlaken gab. Mehrere Spinnweben, wohl auch schon älter da schwarz, im Wohnzimmer und Bad. Die Kaffeemaschine war schmutzig und voll benutzter Pads. Mein Mann hat sie gereinigt. Als er sie dann benutzen wollte, kam kaum Kaffee vorne raus, dafür aber Wasser unter der Maschine. Defekt. Also wollte er dann die Mokka nehmen. Leider war da auch noch der benutze Kaffee der Vormieter drin. Wenigstens wurden uns die Endreinigungskosten erlassen. Außerdem sind zu wenig Gläser und Tassen dort. Mit 2 Personen ging es noch, aber bei 4 Personen ist es zu wenig. Das kalte Wasser im Waschbecken Bad, kommt erst nach längerem aufdrehen. Dafür das warme Wasser sofort und sehr heiß. Da muss auch mal nachgeschaut werden. Die Toilettenbrille war 5 Tage defekt. Dann wurde sie ausgetauscht, als wir nicht da waren. Es kam zwar morgens eine Info Mail, aber da ich im Urlaub nicht täglich meine Mails lese, haben wir es erst Abends erfahren. Das fanden wir auch nicht toll, da auch private Sachen und Wertgegenstände offen rumlagen. Sehr schade ist auch, dass es kein W-Lan gibt.

L’appartamento è dotato di tutto, manca solo la lavastoviglie. La vista dalla terrazza è meravigliosa. Gli infissi della parte nord e di tutte le porte interne sono da registrare. Sarebbe stato corretto indicare che per accedere all’appartamento ci sono 4 rampe di scale.

Eine traumhafte Wohnung, uns fehlte es an nichts. einzig die Sicherung hat uns hin und wieder geärgert, aber wir haben es mit Humor gesehen. Es war ja Urlaub! Manchmal bereits bei 2 Herdplatten gleichzeitig benutzen, ging das Licht aus in der ganzen Wohnung.
