In a secluded, elevated position on a slope, 68 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: garden 3'000 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees, meadow, natural pond, swimming pool (14 x 6 m, depth 140 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 10.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Linen change weekly. 300 m long steep motor access (via unmade road). Roofed, parking (for 4 cars) at the house.
