The sleeping area can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of a spacious double bedroom and a second bedroom equipped with a practical bunk bed. A crib for small children is available upon request.

The living area features a cozy, modern, and bright open-concept space, with a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing meals independently. To ensure maximum comfort for the whole family, the property features two bathrooms: one with a shower and a convenient half-bath. Comfortable temperatures are guaranteed year-round thanks to air conditioning on the second floor and a cooling fan on the first floor. Rounding out the property is a handy private outdoor area equipped with a clothesline, perfect for drying swimsuits and beach towels upon returning from the beach.
