I would strongly recommend not staying here. I booked and paid through Expedia, but the hotel later contacted me trying to charge additional fees.
When I arrived around 8 PM, the lobby door was locked. I was only able to get inside because other guests who were also having check-in issues let me in. There was no staff present, so I couldn’t check in or access my room. Eventually an employee showed up and was able to get me into a room.
After that, I couldn’t re-enter the building because I never received the email with the QR code required to unlock the front door.
The final issue happened the next morning at 9 AM, when two employees entered my room without knocking. When they saw me inside, they simply walked out without saying anything.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience with poor communication and a lack of basic guest privacy.
