Parking is non existent. Be prepared to walk a few blocks. The noise was rediculous. I was woken up over & over from noises both in the hotel hallway and outside. They definitely need windows that do something other than stop the rain from coming in.

Boutique feel; clean and quiet hotel. Super convenient location and plenty of restaurants nearby. First time staying at a hotel where there isn’t an onsite, in person host. Was a little nervous but as it turned out, my reservation was unnecessary. The added value was the complimentary onsite laundry which was super for my 7 days stay.

Not able to gain entry to hotel. Never recieved door code prior to arrival. Contacted support, both AI and telephone support thru number listed for help-Support.
