Our lovely three-story Edwardian building was built 115 years ago, a year after the great San Francisco earthquake and fire. Over the years, we have carefully preserved its many architectural charms.

With this booking, you receive our plush primary suite, complete with a dedicated bathroom. There's a king-sized bed, memory foam mattress and pillows, bamboo sheets, plush carpets, oversized decorative mirrors, and ample closet space.

With this suite, you get the rest of our home! Our bright and airy living room with large bay windows, eclectic decor, a big-screen TV, and a Bose soundbar, the gourmet open-plan kitchen with a professional Thermador gas range, upscale cooking appliances, an island with stools, a breakfast nook, a TV, and a dining table that seats eight in a spacious library/game room setting. There's also a half bath, and another bedroom with a queen bed is available. Finally, we have a queen-sized Serta airbed for any last-minute surprises.

We have central AC for whatever San Francisco's mercurial weather throws at us. There's also a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fridge. And while our artfully decorated, Paris-inspired bohemian space is not entirely toddler-proof, we have a bassinet and high chair as needed.

We are just three short blocks from Trader Joe's, CVS Pharmacy, and scores of bars and restaurants. Parking is available nearby.

You may occasionally see us watering plants on the rooftop or performing maintenance in shared spaces, such as the utility room.
