Staff was great but the room was infested with ants and we did not get an upgrade which was a bit odd. I would definitely recommend this hotel as soon as they fix the ant issue (if it is persisting).

My son and I stay at this hotel about 2 to 3 times a year to see a Warriors game. The location is great, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We used their valet parking which was $90 (plus tax). We did unfortunately have one setback during our stay, which is a plugged sink. I notified the front desk. It was annoying because every time we went to wash our hands or brush our teeth it would clog up. So hoping they get that fixed for the next person who stays in that room!

Clean, modern rooms. Beautiful view of the bay. Within walking distance to Chase Center and other attractions. Valet parking is a bit pricey but convenient if you don't want to go driving around looking for a parking garage.
