I didn’t like that I requested in advance to have 3 rooms on the same floor next to or across from each other for my daughters wedding and after speaking with someone twice and being reassured that I would get them when I arrive they are no where near each other. Horrible for my daughter’s photography and makeup artist to run all over the floor to do hair makeup and take pictures. The price of these rooms for one night was outrageous. Not happy.

I love this place as it is very close both to Chase Arena and Oracle Arena. It is my first time booking in San Francisco and I did not regret staying in this place. It was pretty packed busy and family oriented.

Love this hotel!

The staff was so friendly and had a room ready to go when I arrived. The room was clean and tidy. There’s a grocery store nearby which is awesome for snacks or waters. Although they do provide water upon arrival which is nice! My go to stay in the city especially for an event at Oracle Park or Chase Center
