Very clean and modern look. Have a nice patio area with fire pits where you can lounge with a drink. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We decided to extend our stay and they took it upon themselves to find me the best rate.
Nice room on the 11th floor with an expansive city view. Located just down the street from Oracle Park, and a short walk to the SF Bayside walk. Surrounding area has a few restaurants, bars, and there is a Safeway supermarket about 5 minutes away on foot. The room was a decent size with a lounging seat/mini sofa, bed was comfortable, bathroom was pristine. Staff were very friendly.
The staff was wonderful, close to Orca park, and rooms were very cozy! Everything was great! Only negative i would say, i dont think our room waa vacuumed before we go there because there was oreo cookie pieces on the carpet between the couch and bed. Other than that, i would definitely stay again!
Wonderful place to stay the only negative is that the hotel parking lot was full so we had to park across the street. But the staff was AMAZING! They recommended a garage nearby with a reasonable rate.
There was no parking available for a pickup truck, and there was no warning of it ahead. There was also no concierge to help you out with the bags. Not up to Hyatt standards, in my opinion.
We love this property - Super convenient to walk to Oracle Park.
Staff is THE BEST! So friendly from check in to big friendly smiles and greetings from housekeeping!
My only Con is that the A/C seems to go down to minimum when you are sleeping because there is no movement in the room to trigger the occupancy sensor so it gets a little stuffy at night.
