Nice clean hotel with good size rooms in an excellent location near Union Square. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only down side was the breakfast - the hotel kitchen and dining area are being refurbished and hence the usual full breakfast could not be offered.

The hotel itself is nice and well kept. However, the noise level is an issue, you can hear almost everything from the room, including housekeeping staff talking and guests in nearby rooms. Also, the restaurant is currently closed for renovations, which should be clearly noted somewhere before booking.
