Pretty good place just keep in mind the walls are very thin and you will hear your neighbors even slightly cough but the staff are incredibly friendly!

It took more than 5 minutes for someone to arrive at the check-in desk to greet me. The only parking to even check in was in the alley and that was unclear in advance. Valet parking garage hours were very limited and parking was $58 per car, which is more than most parking garages in SF. The on-site bar and restaurant are not open all of the days of the week...only "weekend" days...this was not made clear in advance, since this was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. I would not stay there again.

The bed is comfortable and no complaints about cleanliness, but you can hear everything through the walls and the neighborhood is pretty noisy and a little sketchy. Staff was courteous. Restaurant next door was excellent. Coffee machine in the lobby seemed to put chocolate in every coffee. Strange.

I don’t mind the neighborhood that’s just expected. If you have a car be aware that to park in the valet it’s limited time for in and out privileges. The walls are super thin. We could hear the people in the room next to us and even when we were down by the elevators we could hear them. There’s will be street noise but again comes with the neighborhood.
