Meena was very friendly & incredibly helpful! The area is perfect for sightseeing whether walking, city bus or hop on hop off buses. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of restaurants. I bring all my gusts to Greenwich Inn.

For the price and location, this is probably the best place to stay in the marina, as it doesn't look like there are actual hotels in this area of SF. Location is great. The Wi-Fi in the room was horrible. I recommend walking one block to either Starbucks or Pete's Coffee. The room was massive, which was a plus. But the overall area is pretty dilapidated and old and not the cleanest. But it's definitely not a luxurious place to stay. Just a heads up.

The lady at the front was super sweet and accommodating. We had a great, easy stay here, very clean. Only thing we noticed was that the walls are paper thin. If you are a light sleeper, good luck with blocking out the people on the streets at night.

Decent and with free parking (price : stress)

Very helpful staff with the parking -barely enough spots for the rooms but they let us park on the loading section overnight until we managed to park properly. I liked that they cared but I didn’t like the stress of “if we leave our spot now will we have it in 4 hours when we’re back”. The room was decent (for SF/city center standards). Neither breathtaking nor repulsive.

Room was clean. The guy at the desk was not helpful…couldn’t check in early and later couldn’t get an extra blanket and pillow from him. A woman followed us out and she was great. She checked us in early and was very pleasant. Too bad she wasn’t at the desk when we needed the blanket and pillow.

Rude staff

The staff were extremely rude and because I called them on it would not let us check in. I have NEVER had an experience like this. They gave us second rate service from the get go because we used hotels.com!! All we wanted was to see if we could swap a one bed room for two beds. Their customer service was non existent. I’m making a formal complaint with hotels.com and also my credit card company. DO NOT STAY at this motel!!
