Our family of four recently stayed at the Galleria Park Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations on every front. As travelers who value both aesthetics and functional comfort, we found this boutique gem to be the perfect base for our San Francisco trip. The hotel is beautifully decorated and carries a sophisticated, "aesthetic" vibe. Our room was impressively spacious (rare for SF) and kept in pristine condition. All the amenities needed for a seamless stay were present and high-quality. Location: You can’t beat being in the heart of Union Square. It made navigating to major attractions incredibly efficient. The 5 PM Reception: This was a thoughtful touch that added a great deal of value to our daily routine. It’s these small "systemic" additions that elevate a stay. Exceptional Service: While the entire staff was hospitable, Alexis deserves a special mention. Alexis went above and beyond, providing the kind of proactive service that turns a good stay into a memorable one. If you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and well-located hotel with a staff that genuinely cares, I highly recommend Galleria Park.

Very nice modern decor and furnishings. Fantastic staff. Main issue is the street noise and the very poor window fittings that allow noise to come through. Sleeping through the night was difficult. This needs to be fixed. Also the AC/Heating unit is loud and adds to the noise. If this is fixed, this would be one of my go to hotels in SF
