The hotel property felt like a very well maintained boutique hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly, the wine reception in the afternoon was sweet and a nice touch, we sat next to the cozy fireplace in the lobby and enjoyed a glass a wine before we left for our evening event

This hotel is incredibly well located for events both in the financial district and Moscone center. Lobby is lovely, the guest rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable. The best part by far was the staff. They went out of their way to help me throughout my stay with longer-term parking, managing a giant bucket of flowers, coordinating luggage storage and retrieval, and other requests. A+ and thank you!

Nice downtown hotel. Street facing rooms on the lower floors are, predictably, a bit noisy. The 3rd floor outdoor terrace is a nice spot to sit for a bit. Staff was very helpful with suggestions on places to walk and for breakfast options.
