It was awful. The room, the staff I don’t even know where to start. It was just awful. And also not at all what it was represented to be online which wasn’t even the biggest problem, but it was a major one. The maid just let herself in And I was not closed. Just deeply disappointed and humiliated.

Was greeted by Vicky (or Ricky) at the front desk — great guy! He gave us some helpful tips for our stay. My car is pretty loud and echoes a lot in the building, and he kindly mentioned trying to keep the revs low so other tenants wouldn’t be disturbed. Totally understandable and shows he really cares about all his customers. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the room was clean. It was also within walking distance of the Palace of Fine Arts and plenty of food spots. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in town!

The bathtub needs maintenance; the walls need some maintenance. The housekeeping lady came and woke us up before the checkout time, we felt rushed out. It was a small room, but it served its purpose. it was only one night stay. We felt that this is the kind of room they give you if you don't get a reservation straight from their website. We use Hotels.com

The bathtub has a stain that looked like somebody pooped inside the tub. Chlorox was overwhelming. No water provision. Parking space is cramped. Paint of room is old. There are no rules to observe silence after 9 pm. All of us were not able to sleep because of the noise above our room and the front desk person is not customer friendly. Worst hotel for the price we paid. I thought because it is Wyndham it would be good. At reservation, it was not specified what kind of breakfast is given. I would not recommend to anybody. Worst stay ever! Not happy customer.
