I normally don’t leave reviews but I felt like it was needed. The lady that checked me in has zero to no personality and was short and rude. I’m assuming the other front desk lady had just got in when I was checking in. But they had a very in depth conversation right in front of me while using profanity. Where is the professionalism. When I get to my room I realize my sheets had what appeared to be either mold or were just dirty. They shared they could only come and change the sheets not move my room because allegedly all the rooms in the hotel were booked. (I found that pretty hard to believe seeing as when the windows to other rooms were open they seemed pretty unoccupied) Anyway they changed my sheets just for them to still have the same either mold or dirt on the sheets and pillowcases. So I paid 4 days to actually sleep on the couch and not the bed. Worse experience in a hotel to this day!
