The Villaggio Turistico Internazionale Eden is situated in a magnificent scenic location right on the waterfront. Peace, nature, and entertainment are kept in perfect balance here. The resort features the following amenities: a large park with a garden, a restaurant-pizzeria-bar, a snack bar, a grocery store, three swimming pools, water slides, playgrounds for children, a tennis court, a soccer field, a volleyball court, a basketball court, and slot machines. Lake Garda is also ideal for a wide variety of water sports. At the campground, you can rent sailboats, surfboards, and water skis, among other things. In addition, during peak season, there are great daytime and evening activities for the little ones. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to guests.
The comfortable Happy Relax mobile home accommodates 6 people (one of whom must be a child no taller than 150 cm and weighing no more than 60 kg). It is divided into one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed and a third pull-out bed. The sofa bed in the open-concept living and dining area provides additional sleeping space. The kitchenette features a refrigerator, a 4-burner gas stove, a sink, cutlery, dishes, a microwave, and an Italian espresso pot. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. The inviting, covered wooden deck is furnished with a table, chairs, two lounge chairs, and either a charcoal or gas grill or an electric griddle, offering the perfect spot to relax. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may, of course, check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, you may also check out the day before. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The vacation village is located directly on Lake Garda and features a private beach. Here you can relax while your children build sandcastles or splash around in the water.
POOL
The Eden vacation village has two large swimming pools. The pool on the lowest level of the resort has a separate wading pool with children’s slides. The mobile homes are located at the top of the resort near the pool, which features an exciting 60-meter-long slide as well as the “Huggy Buggy” slide.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The playground and Mini Club are sure to be the highlights for your children. While the kids have fun in the two outdoor play areas, you can unwind in the sauna or with a massage. In addition, the children can slide down into the pool via the water slides. If your kids are looking for more thrills, take them to the nearby amusement park for an afternoon and enjoy unforgettable moments there.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
The Villagio Turistico Internazionale Eden is an ideal starting point for unforgettable road trips around the lake, for bike rides, or for countless boat trips if you prefer the water. You can also rent sailboats, surfboards, and water skis.
SHOPPING
The resort has a grocery store where you’ll find not only fresh food but also a wide selection of everyday items.
DINING
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, and pans. Shopping options are also nearby. Of course, you also have the option of dining at one of the restaurants within the resort. A wide variety of Italian cuisine awaits you. Half-board or full-board can also be booked on-site upon request.
PETS
Pets are NOT allowed.
SPECIAL INFORMATION
The tenant is responsible for final cleaning. Cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, etc., are provided. The accommodations are inspected to ensure they are clean. Any complaints will result in a charge of 50 euros. High chairs and travel cribs must be requested at the time of booking or reported no later than 1 week before arrival (later requests cannot be guaranteed.)

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
The surrounding area offers many highlights for culture lovers, such as olive oil and wine testings, as well as authentic Italian restaurants. The village of Portese is located in the immediate vicinity of the vacation village. From the harbor, you can take a boat to Sirmione and Riva. The town of Salò is known for its historic sites, ice cream parlors, and souvenir shops. Here, you’ll find a vacation with plenty of options.
