The heater was out in multiple rooms. We were given extra blankets. The convenience of having a blanket wrapped around you to do anything is an inconvenience, especially when using the bathroom smh. The room was as cold as it was outside if not colder.

The amenities looked on kept, the furnace was not working apparently, and the room was freezing cold. When asked if we can be accommodated into another room all they did was sent a small room heater and blankets. For the reputation the hotel has it was a disappointment. Last but not least we were given a room with the horrible view of the metro filled with homeless and a broken down, collapsing building. All together it was disappointing the hotel parking only does Valet parking and I had to pay 87 dlls in addition to all the tips. A true disappointment!

Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately the heater did not work on the first day. It has a big space. Location is okay. Need to go to Gaslamp for dinner. Some area were not safe walking alone.
