Horrible place

Grass was dead fences were pretty much broken the garage was filthy I had to park my car outside the neighborhood was sketchy wasn’t a quite neighborhood the host didn’t have the courtesy to be there in person the house are connected to another house the back door didn’t close the fan was super lose scared it was going to fall the beds we’re tacky and dirty overall a horrible experience at the end charged for having a couple people over and accused of a party

Extremely disappointing experience. I traveled from out of state with my daughter who has severe autism and booked this property for a 2 week stay. 3 days before my arrival the host sent me all the check in info including the code to enter the property so I had absolutely no reason to believe there was an issue with my reservation. On the DAY of my arrival while traveling the host attempted to notify me of an issue by EMAIL despite having my phone number. When someone is traveling access to email and cell service can be limited. For something serious as a same day cancelation, a phone call or text should have been made to ensure I actually received the message. I traveled all the way to the property with our belongings, entered the code I had been provided and found myself locked out. Only then did I realized I no longer had accommodations for my 2 week stay. The host marked an electrical issue and essentially apologized, leaving me to figure out where to stay. Unexpected issues can happen but this should have been properly addressed or communicated BEFORE my arrival, especially after sending complete check in instructions 3 days earlier. Traveling with a child with high support needs already requires additional planning and consistency. Unexpectedly being left without accomidations caused her significant discomfort and distress. After traveling from out of state for a confirmed 2 week stay we were left stranded with no real assistance. I would not recommend this property
