I rarely complain about hotel experiences, but I feel people should be aware of serious safety issues at this property.
After midnight of our first night at this hotel, someone was aggressively knocking on doors and shouting names in the middle of the night for hours. It was frightening. We of course tried to call the staff, but there were no staff members available after midnight — they leave at 12 — which meant there was absolutely no one on site to help. We felt stuck and helpless, with no support from the hotel, and ultimately had to call the police ourselves.
This isn’t just about comfort or noise — it’s about safety. A hotel’s first and foremost responsibility is to provide a secure environment for its guests, and this place failed to do so.
Tomorrow morning we naturally just packed and checked out and moved to a better hotel (we booked this for three nights). Adding to the frustration, management only refunded the nights we didn’t stay, but not the nightmare night we endured. I think it’s obviously unreasonable to expect guests to pay for a night like that. But they didn't seem to care.
Also, be aware: you should not expect a normal hotel or even an inn experience here. This is essentially a low-grade room rental, and I totally failed to notice that when booking.
If safety, service, or basic hotel standards matter to you, I cannot recommend staying here.
