Had a great stay. Staff was great especially the day staff, went above and beyond to give us suggestions on what to see while we were there. Also had some amazing recommendations for food options as well. Room was clean and super comfortable. Took advantage of the kitchen 1 night. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Breakfast was good. Every morning had different options. Felt safe. I would stay again

The room was very up to date. It had all the amenities you need including a full kitchen! Something I didn’t realize when I booked. A great breakfast was included. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is within walking distance to Little Italy.

The parking situation is not great - there is no parking that does not require a person to walk up/down stairs, which is not easy with suitcases; the spaces and drive lanes are all super tight. Our room was not clean/made-up. There were stains on the walls, recent stickiness, no conditioner, only half a roll of toilet paper and the carpet was torn and dirty. When I advised the staff they said, well, housekeeping only comes every other day. They said they would look into it and maybe issue me some additional Marriott points, but those were not received. Breakfast was not great either.
