The space:
The air-conditioned Beachcomber cottage has a full kitchen and living room, a dedicated parking space, laundry area and yard with a grill and outdoor furniture.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, and the secondary has two twin beds.

Guest access:
The cottage is accessible from the front door, near the dedicated parking space. There is a smart lock - a code will be provided.

Generally the host will make arrangements to welcome you.

Other things to note:
Tourmaline Beach and Surfing Park is a well-known surf spot in the north Pacific Beach area of San Diego and a favorite of many locals, having a rich history in San Diego’s surf culture and well-known connections to local surfing legends.

You will be within walking distance to the beach, as well as a cornucopia of places to explore, including local eateries, coffee shops, a grocery store, and nightlife. Consider a stroll to the end of Crystal Pier at sunset for a special experience.

There are also many things to do in greater San Diego. If you avoid rush hours, it will take about 15 minutes to get downtown by car.

North Pacific Beach is a residential neighborhood. Please just be respectful and use common sense.
