The staff were friendly nice the room was clean breakfast was okay but I didn’t like was there were too much homeless in the breakfast room and they were taking all the food and on the premises other than that it was good

My stay here was a terrible experience. Despite requesting housekeeping multiple times, our room was never cleaned—not even after three days. I called on the second day to ask why the room hadn't been serviced, and I was told there had been a system mix-up. They assured me we were added for cleaning the next day. I even confirmed with the front desk woman and then went downstairs again at night to double-check, and each time I was assured it would be taken care of. Still, the room was never cleaned. For comparison, we stayed at the Super 8 in Yucca Valley before this, and their service was far better. This hotel seriously needs to address its housekeeping and communication issues. I would never stay here again, nor recommend it to others.

I expected the team should have been sensitive not to allocate the room on 4th floor where the Weed smoke is as common as air. With Family and a 3 year old Kid, it was a horrible to experience weed smoke 24 hours. The room was never cleaned in 3 days stay. The bathroom was not cleaned. long queue in breakfast area for Waffle make. The only good thing was the behavior of receptionist .
