The Space:

The open plan living space features a large, luxurious leather lounge that surrounds the wall mounted smart TV with access to streaming apps to keep everyone entertained.



Cook up breakfast lunch and dinner in the spacious, gourmet kitchen that comes fully equipped with sleek quartz countertops, high end appliances, and all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need. Enjoy meals together at the chic dining table set for six or if you don’t feel like cooking, there are countless restaurants just a short walk or drive away within Grossman Center and along La Mesa Blvd with a cuisine to tantalize even the fussiest of eaters.



There are three spacious bedrooms within the home with each offering comfortable beds topped in quality linen along with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. The master suite features a luxuriously large king bed and its own sparkling ensuite with a his and hers vanity and and lavish oversized shower. Bedroom two is filled with a large queen bed while bedroom three is perfect for families with two twin beds.



Wash up in the central bathroom with a relaxing, full size bath, an overhead shower and a vanity stocked with all the essentials and plenty of soft, fluffy towels for your stay. Guests also have access to the laundry nook with a washing machine and dryer along with complimentary detergent to keep you feeling clean and fresh. Slide open the glass door off the dining space and step out into you own little slice of paradise with an inviting outdoor lounge for you to soak up the Californian sun in style - perfect for drinks of an afternoon surrounded by friends and family.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home and spacious rear yard as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking for up to 4 cars, complimentary coffee and access to complimentary streaming apps including access to streaming apps on the Smart TV.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located right in the heart of Grossmont La Mesa only 17 minutes from the heart of San Diego and only half a mile to the Grossmont hospital making the home ideal for professionals and remote workers.



You’ll be just a 10 minute walk (2 min drive) to the Grossmont Center where you can stock up on supplies at Walmart, window shop at the many stores, stop in for a movie at the Reading Cinemas then grab dinner at one of the many great restaurants and bars. Take a 9 minute drive to La Mesa Blvd and discover even more great restaurants, shops and cafes with a Vons supermarket, pharmacy and more stores waiting for you to discover!



For a fun day out, hike to the top of Mount Helix for gorgeous views across San Diego, Tijuana and El Cajon then stop in for a theater performances or even a power yoga class at the amphitheater further down the mountain. Visit the picturesque Lake Murray, a favorite green space for locals. The lake is surrounded by paved trails, making it the perfect place for an evening walk, a picnic in the afternoon or explore the water on a rented kayak.



For even more green space, make your way to Balboa Park with 1,200 acres of pristine emerald green parklands right in the heart of the city. Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included with your stay or by rail with a station only a 4 minute walk from your door. Guests can also use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious, furnished House!
