Welcome to Tabi’s Terrific Oceanfront Condo, a stunning 10th-floor residence at Capri by the Sea, the only oceanfront high-rise in Pacific Beach. With sweeping panoramic views from South Mission Beach to the La Jolla peninsula, this beautifully remodeled home offers a true front-row seat to the Pacific.



Floor-to-ceiling windows span the living areas, maximizing ocean views from nearly every angle. Remodeled in 2019, the condo features a bright, modern kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table for six—perfectly positioned to enjoy meals with a view. New Pergo-style flooring, large ceiling fans, blackout blinds in the bedrooms, and refreshing ocean breezes keep the space comfortable year-round.



The living room includes a 65” TV with Roku, while each bedroom features a 55” TV, Roku, and DVD player. Loved the space. Welcome supplies were abundant. Many beach toys were present (next time I won’t have to bring all my own!) The pool/hot tub availability is great. Sunsets are top notch. We’ve stayed at the Capri before but this unit is by far our favorite. Perfect for a family. So much to love!

We love staying at Tabi's and just listening to the ocean, watching the surfers, the birds and the sunset from the Day Bed. It is a great way to unwind. Easy access to the beach for walking in the surf and shelling. A short walk to shops and restaurants or Ralph's for groceries

The location could not be beat. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves every night was amazing! Great food super close by including a large grocery store all within easy walking distance. We used the pool a little bit but it was kinda chilly sometimes for that in end of February. The beach was the main attraction and we spent a bit of time there and even did some boogie boarding. Small recommendation for the host to blow up the volleyball and other balls in the closet because we would have used those but there was plenty of other stuff to do. Oh and coffee shops open super early so you can catch the sunrise with your coffee in hand. Would go back for sure.

Family vacation

Check in description was super detailed and spot on! Property in great location, on the ocean with huge beach and not far from downtown San Diego, La Jolla and places north like Del Mar and Carlsbad. We enjoyed our stay a great deal and would recommend this vrbo to others.

Lovely oceanfront condo

Well appointed and clean rental with stunning views! The beds were comfortable. The location was great, and we could walk to stores, restaurants and coffee shops. The rental company was very communicative and organized. Highly recommend!

The view of the ocean was beautiful and we found the place quiet, clean and super comfortable, especially the beds. We walked on the beach each day and tried several restaurants in the area. We also visited a grocery store and utilized the fully stocked kitchen for many of our meals. The garage parking and heated pool were added benefits. It’s a great property and location and I would highly recommend it.

We were all pleasantly surprised how nice it was. Lots of mirrors so we found pictures a bit difficult. No complaints though. We ate twice at Duck Dive. Good food. Great trip. I hope you get to go.

Loved the view.

Had some trouble with a leaky sink, the hot tub didn’t work for a few days, guest room was dusty with stuff wiped on the wall, and the sheets smelled musty. Master bedroom was amazing, slept great every night listening to the ocean. Will definitely consider it for next trip.

Great view and great location!

The view was incredible and the location was amazing. Walking the beach and boardwalk was easy and wonderful. The condo was spacious and great for a family of five to stay. Our one complaint was that the showers were not very clean. The shower mats were gross and definitely required flip flops to bath.

We stayed at Tabi’s as a family of 4 with 2 children (2 and 7). It was perfect. The condo was clean. Exactly as pictured. The ability to rent a full crib on site was extremely helpful. Views over the beach were incredible. We loved the availability of boogie boards, beach towels and sand toys. Parking space was also convenient. Location made getting everywhere in the San Diego area easy. Would love to stay again.

San Diego getaway with a view

This is a very nice property, with a fantastic ocean view. Amenities were all very nice. The only issue was that the Master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable, and is probably due for replacement. In addition the mattress cover was very slippery, causing the sheet to constantly shift and bunch up, which added to the mattress discomfort.
