North Mission Beach town home with peak ocean view. Only steps to the Pacific Ocean on one side of the street, & Sail Bay on the other side of the street. Patio w/ BBQ available for use. If you see a hot tub in the photos or mentioned in the reviews, it is not an advertised amenity. The property is close to all that Mission & Pacific Beach have to offer, walk everywhere! Half way between Garnet Ave & Belmont park. The unit features two private bedrooms with one queen bed and one full size bed. There are also air mattresses available for your use. The space can accommodate 4-6 people depending on sleeping arrangements. The outdoor space is shared. Guests are welcome to use the patio, but other neighbors may be using it as well from time to time.

*** PLEASE NOTE: *** The garbage trucks come by early Tuesday & Saturday morning & they are very loud. Confirm parking ahead of time if you plan on having a car. The unit comes with 1-2 spots, but they are tight beach parking spots, large vehicles are not recommended and probably won't fit. *** Do not leave any valuables unattended on the property or in your car. Mission Beach also has the nickname "Missing" Beach for a reason. *** This property is located on Mission Blvd which is a 2 lane, relatively high traffic, main street that goes through the area. Expect some traffic and pedestrian noise at all hours of the night. Also make sure you mind all street sweeping notices on Mission Blvd. ***

Exactly how described! Air conditioning worked fantastic! Near beach, bay, restaurants, bars, shopping - everything! The house has everything needed for a great vacation and a book of local places to visit. Overall an awesome vacation.

Kids just wanted the beach, and it was nice being so close! We all had our own "space" which was also nice. Lawrence was very responsive, and we had no issues!

The house was super comfortable and clean. Fit 4 adults and 1 teen perfect. The shared courtyard was no issue with rental unit. I would stay again for sure.

Great location and clean. Just wouldn’t choose it again. One bedroom with en suite downstairs. Second bedroom downstairs, but whoever stays in that one, has to go upstairs to the bathroom.
