We had issues with the following while staying at this house. We also specifically had issues with the timeliness of the response and the lack of follow-through regarding the A/C issues. Only stay at this house if you: *Don’t need the A/C to work the whole time, don’t want any written instructions on how to get it to work when it does not, and don’t care if you are blamed by the host when you ask about fixing it as we were told by the host, “Someone must have messed with it,” when we asked how to fix it. *Don’t want to use the Smart TVs included in the listing. And, don’t want access to local channels. *Don’t want to use the BBQ included in the listing. We never found it. *Don’t want to cook big meals. Only two burners on the stove were fully functional, and the bottom and larger oven did not work. *Don’t care about coffee made quickly. The pot is old and cheap and took forever to brew. *Don’t care about chipped glassware.Per VRBO, hosts are responsible for functional amenities. “VRBO's marketplace standards require hosts to ensure all amenities listed in the property description (including air conditioning) are functional and available for guest use.” We will not stay here, nor will we rent from this host again.
