Upon arrival, I was dismayed to find that the establishment lacked a front desk or any staff to assist me. The only means of communication was through text messages, and I was expected to enter my room using a keypad. The room itself was minuscule, with the sink situated in the bedroom, leaving no space for a closet or even a hook to hang my clothes. I encountered further difficulties when I had a package delivered, only to find that there was no one to receive it. The absence of basic amenities, such as a vending machine or ice, was remarkable. The keypad entry system seemed to be the only "service" provided, and it felt like I was staying in a glorified hostel. As I settled into my room, I discovered evidence of mice, including droppings on the floor. The sink was so small that I had to carefully place my toothbrush, and the room was so cramped that I was grateful to be traveling alone. The location was also inconvenient, with no nearby amenities, making a car essential. However, finding parking was a challenge. I was perplexed by the positive reviews, which seemed to be from frequent travelers. My stay was brief, lasting only two nights, and I was relieved to be there for business rather than leisure. One of the best stays ive had at any hotel. The room big and had all the right ammenities. I was able to get to the convention center in less than 10min. Overall I was satisfied with my stay and will come here again.

This place dont have a parking lot you need to find a parking on the street but need to move the car every 2 hours or pay for parking, seems like dont have room service the blanket smell dirty and also the room smells so much cigarette, its close to downtown

positives: outstanding on-site custodian--allowed me early check-in due to cleaning staff being done early, and fixed issue with sink leaking water after check-out. negatives: phone customer service was atrocious, due to: 1) property is managed by place that has another property, and they were answering my questions as if I were guest at that other property (wrt storing luggage before check-in and after check-out), and english not being their first language made it difficult to understand what the disconnect was, and 2) hours were only 8a-5p or so--left 6-8 messages and sent email, but no responses until daytime work hours. that is simply unacceptable--if a person has a question, they need it answered! also, expedia did not prominently warn customers there was no front-desk at the property until AFTER I made the purchase. expedia really needs to be much more transparent wrt properties that are very diff't from traditional hotel experiences.

The positives is a clean room, good toilet paper, and unique decor. The negatives were very small shower, creamer and sugar were hard as a rock and old. Sink had no stopper so there was a fear of small things going down the pipe, and no cafes or restaurants nearby.

Great place to stay. Easy check-in and the host was quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Definitely felt like home with the ambience of being in my own bedroom. The area around the hotel is quiet and well maintained. Parking is easy to find and cheap. Sunday parking is free. And lots of food places in the area. Will stay here again on my next adventure.
