A fabulous stay - very welcoming!

Didn’t have time to use hot tub/pool. Staff was wonderful. Did have to ask for clean towels; but the rest of the week we got cleaned room and towels. I would say that for an older person; I would suggest that an extra “grab bar” would be helpful at the end wall to help getting in and out of the shower. The overview of the hotel was excellent!!! My sister and I enjoyed having a cocktail and appetizers at the lobby and fruit in the morning. 😊

The breakfast staff was running around like they couldn't keep up. My breakfast was cold and old. My boyfriend's coffee was terrible. He was really upset at the poor quality of his coffee.

Sheraton was an okay stay for not really being in the room. The hotel was dingy and could use upgrading. My room specifically did not have a working phone and the tv did not work consistently. Room service did not change the sheets even though there was blood on them from a cut I had received.

Needs some updating

Room was tidy but it was apparent that there had been water damage as the ceiling repairs were just shoddy. Shower could not be fully deployed as the calcium buildup made the mechanism stick and toilet flushed randomly through the night.
