Communication was prompt & excellent. Check in instructions with pics were a plus. Unit was clean & tidy upon check in. Unit as advertised. View was Amazing. Unfortunately no outside deck to enjoy the lovely view, only a 6” landing. Stayed 4 nights. Unit had no A/C but nice breeze off ocean and 9th floor allowing safe cool beachy cross breeze with sliding doors open. Unit bathroom & kitchen updated. No Washer & Dryer within unit but on floor. Access to community coin operated washer dryer at end of breeze way. Overall nice unit with Amazing view & updated Bathrooms & Kitchen. Unit was nicely stocked. Pros: Unobstructed Ocean View, Updated Kitchen & Bath, Secure parking.Cons: No A/C & No W/D in unit. Highly Recommend - FABULOUS Ocean View. Plus Great location to see San Diego & La Jolla.

We had a great stay and would definitely come back! The unit is exactly as pictured, very well stocked, and was very clean. Super easy check in process and communicative host. The location was very convenient - so many nearby shops, restaurants, stores, etc. It was also nice to have a parking garage/spot in the building. Only point of warning for those traveling with small children who might be light sensitive - the bedroom with the 2 beds does let in a fair amount of light. It would not stop me from booking this unit again, I would just bring travel blackout curtains next time (I also recognize this is a niche issue).

The condo itself is gorgeous. Definitely can tell it was recently remodeled. It’s so spacious, and homey. The beds were very comfortable as well. The check in process was easy and Parking was super convenient.The only downside was it is an older building, and we didn’t have upstairs neighbors for the majority of our trip, but when we did, it is very noisy. Otherwise, it’s a very safe place to stay, the view was amazing, loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves. I would stay here again.

Had an absolutely wonderful time here with my wife for five nights. The place is clean, has plenty of amenities, and the views and location are perfect! We rented a car to explore, but it never left the parking garage, as there was everything we needed, and then some, within walking distance. Highly recommend, and we will definitely return to this place!

Oceanfront view

The interior of the condo is nicely upgraded and well maintained. The host was very helpful. The building is a bit rundown and the pool is not a resort style amenity. The location on the ocean and the view are great. However, the area attracts homeless and people smoking martijuana along a busy stretch of beach.
