Short walk to Belmont, restaurants, activities yet well buffered. It comes with a good sized parking space and extra parking is available in a public lot reasonably close or is sometimes available at a neighbors for a modest fee. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please do not lock keys inside under any circumstances. If there's a problem with the lockbox, please place keys under door mat and call or message us before leaving so we'll know.
Feel free to use any trash cans in our parking area or across the street if needed. Please make sure lids close to keep flies from populating. Thank you.

The location was excellent! It is right on the beach. The windows were difficult to see thru, probably a result of the harsh ocean environment. There was a hand written sign on the screen, ‘Do not open’. It would be nice to open the screen to get a clear unobstructed view of the ocean. The curtains on the front of the unit were secured with clips, but several were broken, so they looked a little tacky. The host was great to work with and answered our questions before we arrived and helped us secure an additional parking space near our condo. The kitchen was very tight, but had everything we needed. The beds were ok, a bit firm for our taste. The pillows were flat as pancakes. There were a ton of towels and beach toys, I.e., beach chairs, beach toys for the grand kids, corn hole, etc. We were there for 3 nights so the space worked for us, but we would look for something a little better maintained for a longer stay.
