Breakfast could be improved—the bread was stale, potatoes were cold, and the sausages were both burnt and cold. The doors were creaky. The shower curtain was too short - the water leaked all the way across the room. When the 'do not disturb' sign was hung, staff would slip printed papers under the door every morning asking guests to call reception if anything was needed. This seems counterproductive for a hotel promoting environmental initiatives.
